About the Author
Barefoot Doctor (aka Stephen Russell) has been in healing practice since 1983. Described as a modern-day hero of Taoist folklore, he has studied with R D Laing, F B Kramer and was apprenticed to a doctor of Chinese medicine for three years.

The old.. "change the title trick"

I had recently purchased Barefoot Doctor's guide to the Tao and thought I would get another book from the same author because I liked it so much. I was dismayed to discover that it is exactly the same book, page per page, just a different title. I think they could have disclosed this fact.

Unfinishable

I'm open-minded and have read many new age books, but I couldn't get through this. It did save me some money compared to the Nightingale Conant recordings that sounded so good in the sales letter.
